Ashley Bauman, OD

Dr. Ashley Bauman is a 2021 graduate of the Michigan College of Optometry who received Highest Distinction honors and was Summa Cum Laude throughout her educational career at Ferris State University. She externed at the Michigan College of Optometry, focusing her work on specialty contact lenses, pediatrics and vision therapy, as well as low vision and electro-diagnostic testing. Dr. Bauman also has experience with VA patients, having worked with the Wyoming Office of Veteran’s Affairs, specifically diagnosing and treating ocular diseases such as glaucoma, diabetes, and macular degeneration. You may have seen Dr. Bauman here at Riemer Eye Center before, as she was an Ophthalmic Technician and an Optician before she continued on her journey to become a doctor.
